Fleet Coordinator – 108 Ambulance Services

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily availability of 108 ambulances.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs.
- Ensure maximum vehicle uptime and roadworthiness.
- Coordinate with workshops, mechanics, vendors and field staff.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage and vehicle expenses.
- Maintain vehicle-wise records, service history and documents.
- Ensure timely renewal of insurance, PUC, permits and other documents.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and follow up on defects.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly fleet MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Operations/Control Room for smooth ambulance availability.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma; Automobile/Mechanical qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years experience in fleet/transport/automobile operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and fleet documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
