- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, sandwiches, salads, pasta, grills, baked items, soups, and sauces.
- Ensure food is prepared according to standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all meals.
- Assist in menu planning and development based on client requirements.
- Monitor food preparation to ensure timely service during meal periods.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily meal requirements.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the continental kitchen section.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO practices for inventory management.
- Minimize food wastage through effective production planning and portion control.
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory requirements.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Wear proper PPE and maintain personal grooming standards at all times.
- Coordinate with other kitchen departments for smooth meal production.
- Support bulk food production while maintaining product quality.
- Participate in client events and special food promotions when required.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
- Perform any additional kitchen-related duties assigned by management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,115.21 per month
