We are looking for a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to join our field service team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems, networking equipment, and related security devices at client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras (IP & Analog), DVRs, NVRs, and related security systems.
- Configure network settings, remote viewing, and mobile applications.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in CCTV systems and networking equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and emergency service visits.
- Test systems after installation and ensure proper functionality.
- Explain system operation to customers after installation.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding service schedules and inventory.
- Follow company safety standards while working at client sites.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of IP Cameras, Analog Cameras, DVR, NVR, POE Switches, Routers, and Networking.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and remote access configuration.
- Experience with cable laying, crimping, and connector termination.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and power supply connections.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations.
Experience
- 6 months –2 Years: Fresher with technical knowledge may apply.
