About the Role
Nexora Solutions builds custom software products — from websites and landing pages to AI-powered enterprise tools — for real clients with real budgets. We sell to businesses in India and across the globe, and we need someone hungry enough to go get those clients.
As a Sales Intern, you'll own the full sales cycle for website and digital solution packages: find leads, reach out, pitch, follow up, and close. You'll work goals. You'll earn on performance. And if you're good, you'll build one of the most valuable early-career track records in B2B sales.
No prior sales experience needed. We care about hustle, communication, and your drive to close.
What You'll Own
Lead Generation
- Identify and build prospect lists — Indian SMBs, global startups, agencies, and businesses that need websites or digital products
- Research segments actively: restaurants, clinics, real estate agencies, e-commerce brands, SaaS startups, and more
- Use LinkedIn, Apollo, cold email, and other outbound tools to source leads at scale
Outreach & Pitching
- Write and send emails, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp outreach that actually get replies
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries — present Nexora's offerings clearly and confidently
- Tailor pitches to different client types: a local business owner in Raipur vs. a startup founder in the US needs a different conversation
Pipeline & Closing
- Follow up relentlessly — most deals close after 5+ touchpoints
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and match them to the right solution
- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and close deals
- Own your pipeline: track every lead, every conversation, every deal stage
Markets
- India: Local businesses, SMBs, startups, agencies needing websites, landing pages, or digital presence
- Global: International clients — US, UK, UAE, Australia, and beyond — needing custom web solutions at competitive pricing
Who We're Looking For
- Someone who treats every lead like a real opportunity — not just a name on a list
- Strong verbal and written communicator — you can hold a confident conversation in English and Hindi
- Persistent without being pushy — you know the difference between follow-up and harassment
- Self-starter who can build a lead list from scratch without being told where to look
- Comfortable with rejection — you bounce back fast and move to the next one
- Organised enough to track 50 conversations at once and never miss a follow-up
- Based in or willing to relocate to Raipur — this is a fully in-person role
Degree doesn't matter. We've hired engineers, commerce grads, and dropouts. What matters is whether you can sell and whether you show up for it. If that's you, apply.
Compensation Structure
Your earning is tied directly to your output.
Monthly Goals
- Defined monthly revenue goals for website deals closed
- Separate goals for domestic (India) and international clients
- Goals are set collaboratively at the start of each month — achievable, not arbitrary
