We are looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend development and have a strong understanding of modern web technologies.
Job Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to build high-quality, responsive, and scalable digital solutions.
The candidate should have a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Build and maintain both frontend and backend components of applications.
- Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Design, develop, and manage databases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional interfaces.
- Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Test applications to identify and fix bugs before deployment.
- Deploy and maintain applications on hosting/cloud environments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern development practices.
- Contribute to technical discussions and suggest improvements to existing applications.
Required SkillsFrontend Development
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience integrating APIs with frontend applications.
Backend Development
- Good knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, or similar.
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Understanding of server-side programming and application architecture.
Database
- Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Understanding of database design, queries, relationships, and optimization.
Other Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Understanding of API integration and JSON.
- Basic knowledge of deployment, hosting, and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of web security and authentication methods is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical skills and relevant projects may also be considered.
- Experience working on live web applications will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Firebase, Docker, or CI/CD is a plus.
