Job Title: MICE Head

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MICE Head to lead and oversee the sales strategy for our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional service to our corporate clients and event planners. This role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the MICE industry, and a strategic approach to sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the MICE segment.
Lead the MICE sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities within the corporate, governmental, and international sectors.
Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of business opportunities.
2.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate decision-makers, event planners, and industry stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to meet clients’ specific MICE needs.
Oversee client negotiations, contracts, and event planning processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3.Team Management & Development:
Manage, mentor, and train the MICE sales team, ensuring continuous professional development.
Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
4.Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Analyze client feedback and sales performance to continuously refine sales tactics and strategies.
Stay updated on global and regional MICE trends to keep the company competitive.
5.Partnerships & Networking:
Establish strategic partnerships with external vendors, suppliers, and industry partners to enhance service offerings.
Attend key industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote the company’s MICE services.
6.Budgeting & Reporting:
Develop and manage the MICE sales budget and forecast.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in MICE or Event Management is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 8 years in the MICE industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team and driving revenue growth in the MICE sector.
Strong network within the MICE industry, including corporate clients, event planners, and vendors.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of MICE industry trends, venues, and service providers.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and clients simultaneously.
Fluency in [language(s)] is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
