Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage construction materials, tools, equipment, and inventory at the project site. The candidate will ensure proper storage, stock maintenance, timely issuance of materials, and accurate record-keeping to support smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and safety of materials in the store.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Maintain material inward/outward registers and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and systematic arrangement of the store area.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of inventory and store management practices.
- Familiarity with construction materials and site operations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/software handling preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Qualification:
- 4–5 Years
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Additional certification in store or inventory management is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
- Good record maintenance and reporting skills.
Salary:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
