Position Title: Production Executive
Qualifications: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in chemistry / Chemical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in API pharma plant.
CTC : 5 LPA
Job Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production activities as per production planning.
- Monitoring Process operation, controlling mfg. process & reprocess if required.
- Perform final product Packing, Labelling, coordinate with QC for sampling as per plan.
- Preparation of MFR, PFD, BMR, Process Flow required for APIs, Pharmaceutical Excipients, Mineral Salts and Specialty Chemicals.
- Co-ordinate with other departments (QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores) for smooth plant operation.
- Self-awareness, improve documentation and maintain as per cGMP.
- Maintain accurate production logbooks, batch records and shift reports.
- Audit preparation, ensuring safety & housekeeping in plants.
- Training to workmen as per training plan & on job training.
- Co-ordinate with QA for deviations, Change control, investigation, qualifications, BPR related documentations.
- Preparing SOP, reviewing & revision if any.
- Effective coordination with team members for proper planning.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
