About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS/database updates.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
