- Sales & Marketing: Driving walk-ins, counseling prospective students/parents, managing local promotional activities, and achieving branch enrollment targets. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Academic Coordination: Ensuring the smooth execution of classes, managing timetables, tracking student performance through regular tests, and coordinating with the academic head to schedule remedial classes. [1, 2]
- Faculty Management: Overseeing faculty attendance, evaluating teaching quality through regular class observations, coordinating training sessions, and handling teacher grievances. [1, 2]
- Operations & Administration: Managing the physical infrastructure (classrooms, labs, libraries), maintaining branch inventory (study materials, test papers), and ensuring compliance with institute safety and administrative policies. [1, 2, 3]
- Fee & Finance Management: Supervising fee collection, tracking pending dues, managing petty cash, and controlling center expenses to ensure profitability. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Student & Parent Relations: Addressing parent concerns, handling feedback, and driving overall student satisfaction and retention. [1, 2, 3]
