Role Description The Brand Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand communication strategies that strengthen the hospital group’s reputation and visibility across all channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining brand messaging, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, managing public relations activities, and ensuring consistent communication across digital and offline touchpoints. The Brand Communications Manager will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to craft patient-focused narratives, coordinate with external agencies, and monitor brand performance metrics. The role also involves managing content for social media, website, and internal communications, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory guidelines.
