Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Property Coordinator / Front Desk Admin to manage day-to-day site operations at our real estate project. The candidate will be responsible for handling client visits, managing flat keys, coordinating flat demonstrations, attending customer queries, and maintaining smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and society management.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Client Handling
- Welcome clients and visitors at the site office professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate flat/site visits.
- Maintain visitor records and daily walk-in data.
- Attend phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer queries.
Flat Demonstration & Site Coordination
- Show available flats/units to prospective customers.
- Explain basic project details, amenities, layouts, and availability.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups and closures.
- Ensure flats are clean and ready before client visits.
Key Management
- Maintain proper inventory and tracking of flat keys.
- Record key issuance and return details accurately.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of all unit keys.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain project files, inventory records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance/security/society management when required.
- Support management with reports related to visits, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Monitor office supplies and basic site office requirements.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Assist during events, open houses, and project presentations.
- Ensure smooth daily operations at the project site office.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Intermediate qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years experience in real estate/site administration/customer handling preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Presentable, organized, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of residential real estate projects.
- Experience in client handling and front office management.
Basic understanding of inventory tracking and coordination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
