The Site Supervisor – Finishing Works is responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, project timelines, and safety requirements. The role involves managing contractors, monitoring workmanship, and ensuring timely completion of finishing works.

Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in construction and real estate projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in finishing works supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of construction finishing techniques and materials.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong supervision and team management skills.
- Understanding of quality control procedures.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
