We're looking for a hands-on Data Lead to drive scalable data solutions for enterprise clients — working closely with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced services environment.
What you'll own:
Design & implement scalable data architectures on Azure
Lead ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure rock-solid data integrity
Collaborate cross-functionally to turn requirements into insights
Juggle multiple projects without dropping quality or deadlines
Mentor the team and champion best practices
What you bring:
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL Server & Azure SQL DB
Expertise in Data Lakes, Data Warehousing & ETL/ELT
Big Data chops — Azure Databricks, Spark
Sharp problem-solving & analytical thinking
Proven project management & team leadership skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver
Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
