Job Summary
we are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Part-Time Hospital Administration Faculty to deliver engaging and practical classes for students pursuing Hospital Administration programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classes on Hospital Administration and related subjects.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical and industry-based examples.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and learning materials.
- Guide students in assignments, projects, and academic activities.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current trends and practices in healthcare and hospital administration.
- Support students in developing industry-relevant knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
- Hospital/healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital operations and administration.
- Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
