Operations Executive – E commerce (Home Decor & Furniture)
Location - Indore Work from office
Experience - 1.5 to 3 years in ecommerce operations supply chain or marketplace operations

IKIRU is a curated home décor and furniture brand working with 300 plus manufacturers across India. We manage end to end operations for both B2C and B2B orders ensuring smooth fulfilment reliable timelines and strong coordination across vendors logistics and internal teams.
Role Overview :
The Operations Executive will handle day to day order processing vendor coordination logistics tracking and settlements. This role requires strong ownership attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
Order & Fulfilment Operations
- Manage end to end order processing and fulfilment
- Track order status dispatch and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups deliveries and escalations
- Maintain accurate order trackers and updates
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with manufacturers for order confirmation production timelines and dispatch
- Follow up on delays and resolve vendor related operational issues
- Ensure alignment on pricing packaging and delivery requirements
Settlements & Reconciliation
- Maintain settlement and reconciliation trackers
- Coordinate with finance team for vendor payouts
- Track commissions shipping costs and adjustments
- Ensure timely closure of completed orders
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with customer experience team on order related queries
- Provide accurate and timely updates to internal stakeholders
- Support execution of bulk and B2B orders
Process & Documentation
- Create and maintain SOPs for operational workflows
- Ensure proper documentation and handover of processes
- Identify gaps and suggest process improvements
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations
- Strong working knowledge of Excel Google Sheets or similar tools
- Excellent follow up and coordination skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset

Compensation
As per experience and fit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,500.00 per month
