Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler workshop.
- Lead and supervise technicians, service advisors, washing staff and other workshop personnel.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with proper quality checks.
- Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency and job card movement.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair and servicing of vehicles as per OEM standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Monitor workshop revenue, labour sales, parts consumption and overall profitability.
- Ensure proper use and control of tools, equipment, spare parts and workshop resources.
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts, Sales and Warranty teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure warranty claims and technical issues are handled as per company guidelines.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, safety and proper 5S standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure minimum repeat complaints.
- Track workshop KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Train and guide technicians to improve technical skills and productivity.
Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in a two-wheeler workshop, preferably with Bajaj, Hero, TVS, Honda, Yamaha or similar OEM.
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler servicing, diagnosis and repair.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of workshop MIS, job cards and computer operations.
- Ability to work under targets and manage a high-volume workshop.
