We are looking for a Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and administration of software development projects. The ideal candidate should have good organizational, communication, and documentation skills and be able to work closely with project managers, developers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating software projects.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
- Coordinate with development teams and clients.
- Update project status in project management tools.
- Prepare project-related reports and presentations.
- Ensure timely communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of software development processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or ClickUp is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
