We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of secured and unsecured loans, team handling experience, and the ability to drive sales through telecalling and field sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the loan sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate business for Home, LAP, Business, Personal and other loan products.
- Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, DSAs and channel partners.
- Train, motivate and monitor sales executives for better performance.
- Track daily leads, conversions and MIS reports.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth loan processing.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
