Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA)
Experience: 5–7 Years
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) with 5–7 years of experience to gather and analyze business requirements, prepare functional documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams for project execution.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and support UAT.
- Demonstrate solutions and interact confidently with AMC officers and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong documentation and requirement analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies.
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
