About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor & AI Video Creator who can independently produce premium, engaging and visually impactful video content.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in real estate video editing, motion graphics, cinematic storytelling and AI-powered video creation. The candidate must have a strong practical command of motion graphics and be capable of creating custom animations instead of relying only on ready-made templates.
The candidate should be able to transform raw footage, scripts, images and creative concepts into polished videos for social media, digital advertising and brand campaigns.
The candidate should also be able to create high-quality AI-generated videos, realistic AI drone shots, property visualisations, image-to-video animations and cinematic scenes using modern AI tools.
As a senior team member, the candidate will also be responsible for training interns, managing junior video editors, reviewing their work and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit premium short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create professional real estate walkthroughs, property showcase videos, luxury project films, construction updates and promotional videos.
- Edit real drone footage and create realistic AI-generated drone shots, aerial views and cinematic camera movements.
- Produce high-quality AI videos using text-to-video, image-to-video and other generative video tools.
- Create professional motion graphics from scratch using Adobe After Effects.
- Develop animated titles, logo animations, infographics, kinetic typography, custom transitions, tracking effects and visual effects.
- Convert scripts, storyboards and creative briefs into engaging visual stories.
- Enhance AI-generated footage through compositing, masking, colour correction, motion tracking, upscaling and visual cleanup.
- Add and synchronise music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles and captions.
- Perform professional colour correction, colour grading, masking, rotoscoping, compositing and VFX work.
- Create performance-oriented Reels, Shorts, advertisements, brand videos and social media content.
- Maintain consistent quality, branding and visual style across every project.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with the creative, social media, marketing and content teams.
- Train and mentor video-editing interns to improve their technical and creative skills.
- Manage and guide junior video editors, assign tasks and monitor project progress.
- Review the work of interns and junior editors, provide constructive feedback and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Support team members in solving technical and creative editing challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest editing styles, AI tools, motion graphics techniques and social media trends.
- Take complete creative ownership of projects—from concept development to final delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional video-editing experience.
- Advanced command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong practical command of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Ability to create custom motion graphics without depending entirely on ready-made templates.
- Experience creating logo animations, kinetic typography, animated infographics, transitions, tracking effects and visual effects.
- Proven experience in real estate and cinematic video editing.
- Hands-on experience with professional AI video-generation tools.
- Ability to create realistic and high-quality AI drone shots and aerial sequences.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, animation and visual composition.
- Good knowledge of colour grading, sound design, masking, compositing and visual effects.
- Ability to train interns and professionally manage junior editors.
- Strong leadership, communication and task-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva or similar creative software.
- Familiarity with AI tools for:
- Text-to-video generation
- Image-to-video animation
- AI drone shots and camera movements
- AI avatars and lip-syncing
- Voice generation
- Image generation
- Video enhancement and upscaling
- Object removal and scene extension
- Experience producing videos for real estate companies, builders, architects and luxury brands.
- Experience creating performance-oriented videos for digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Understanding of social media trends, platform requirements and content formats.
- Basic knowledge of cinematography, camera angles, lighting, composition and branding.
- Ability to develop creative concepts, storyboards and visual references independently.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring junior creative team members.
