About the Role
Jabal Exim Private Limited is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Secretary to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to coordinate with international clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should be friendly, confident, highly organized, and capable of representing the company professionally while maintaining complete confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with international clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official documents.
- Organize meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
- Maintain confidential records and company documents.
- Support the Managing Director with day-to-day administrative and executive tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
- Work from the Hyderabad office is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with senior management or directors.
- Experience dealing with international clients.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in multiple languages will be a strong advantage. Languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Telugu, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or any additional foreign language are highly valued.

Pay: ₹13,543.22 - ₹30,000.00 per month
