What You'll Do
- Design and build AI- and Data Science-powered solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, modern AI frameworks, and advanced Data Science techniques.
- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights.
- Develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build intelligent applications using AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and predictive analytics.
- Research emerging AI, Data Science, and Generative AI technologies, and rapidly prototype innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into AI-driven product.
- Continuously improve model performance, scalability, accuracy, and user experience through experimentation and data-driven optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Strong programming skills in Python with a solid foundation in Machine Learning and Data Science.
- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Transformers, or Generative AI.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Hugging Face, or similar.
- Strong analytical thinking, mathematical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity to explore emerging technologies and the ability to learn quickly.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Hands-on AI/ML or Data Science projects, internships, research publications, or open-source contributions.
- Experience with Vector Databases, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, MLOps, or similar AI technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
