Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant & Admin Operation Lead to work closely with our Founder/CEO’s Office. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day operations, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners. We are looking for a highly intelligent, well-spoken, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder and independently manage office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Founder/CEO’s calendar, meetings, and coordination with other teams

Handle internal and external communication professionally

Oversee complete office administration and teams performance

Manage vendors, facilities, and day-to-day operations

Ensure discipline, efficiency, and smooth functioning of the office

Be instrumental in managing Company Handbooks, SOP’s and Manager's KPA & KRA

Coordinate with heads of Dept for recruitment as and when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as EA / Admin Head / Leadership Operations role

Strong administrative and office management experience

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Highly logical, structured, and solution-oriented

Extroverted personality with strong interpersonal skills

Strong leadership ability to manage admin staff and vendors

AI Basic tools experience and knowledge and zeal for further AI expansion in the organisation

Training skills and ability to become the bridge between internal teams and CEO Office

Ability to take ownership and be a proxy to the Founder/CEO’s Office
