Manage initial, final freight, and hire invoicing
Process supplier payments and reconcile voyage accounts
Handle port disbursement reconciliations and payment tracking
Support month-end activities, audits, and financial reporting
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and KPI reporting
Bachelor's Degree (Maritime background is a must)
✅ 7–9 years of relevant Post-Fixture/Marine Commercial experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Contract-to-Cash (CTC), freight invoicing, voyage accounting, supplier payments, and reconciliations
✅ Experience with shipping documentation, Incoterms, marine operations, and commodity logistics
✅ Hands-on experience with IMOS and Sedna
✅ Strong analytical skills with exposure to Power BI and process improvement initiatives
Pay: ₹13.00 - ₹18.00 per hour
