# What You'll Do * Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, talking-head content, and testimonial videos. * Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content. * Create seamless transitions, pacing, and storytelling that maximize audience retention. * Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music where needed. * Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement. * Organize project files and maintain a clean editing workflow. * Collaborate with the creative team to bring content ideas to life. * Stay updated with the latest editing trends, social media styles, and platform best practices. * Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high quality. #
# What We're Looking For * Freshers with an impressive portfolio or candidates with 1–2 years of video editing experience. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential. * Experience with DaVinci Resolve or CapCut is a plus. * Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and audience retention. * Good sense of timing, music, transitions, and visual composition. * Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. * Strong attention to detail and file organization. * A passion for creating content that performs well on social media. ## Bonus Skills * Basic motion graphics * Green screen editing * AI-assisted editing workflows * Familiarity with current social media trends and viral content formats
