Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Education Counsellor to guide prospective students toward suitable academic and professional programs. In this role, you will take ownership of student admissions, manage lead conversions, and mentor junior counsellors to achieve overall admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Admissions & Counselling: Conduct detailed academic counselling sessions (via call, video, or in-person) to guide prospective students on courses, career pathways, eligibility, and admission processes.
- Lead Conversion: Manage high-priority inbound and outbound leads, maintaining consistent follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring minimum drop-offs and seamless onboarding for students.
- Query Resolution: Address complex student and parent concerns regarding curriculum, fee structures, financing options, and career opportunities.
- Team Mentorship: Support and guide junior counsellors on cold calling, pitch enhancement, objection handling, and lead nurturing techniques.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date interaction records, follow-up statuses, and conversion metrics in the CRM system; report daily and weekly performance to management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,221.33 per month
