Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field marketing and outreach activities.
- Counsel students and parents on courses and admissions.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and referral partners.
- Maintain lead records in CRM and coordinate with the admissions team.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, and student counseling.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Target-oriented with basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and a two-wheeler preferred (if applicable).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
