We are hiring Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) for an onsite role in Bangalore with Enaviya Technologies (Product SaaS) – a fast-growing software solutions company specializing in enterprise-grade digital transformation services.
Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales in the Indian market, focusing on manufacturing and enterprise customers
Independently source and maintain a qualified customer database
Identify and reach out to decision-makers to understand business requirements and assess if the company requires any of our services
Qualify leads through structured conversations before passing them to the BDM.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
Skills Required
Proven experience in B2B sales (manufacturing/enterprise clients – combination acceptable)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Exposure to handling enterprise-level accounts in the Indian market
