Job Summary
The Site Project Incharge is responsible for the overall execution, supervision, and coordination of site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per approved quality standards. The role involves managing manpower, contractors, materials, equipment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
- Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, architects, vendors, and contractors.
Site Management
- Plan and allocate daily work to site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers.
- Monitor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
Quality Control
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and approved specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work.
- Identify quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and site records.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by all personnel on site.
- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses immediately.
Material & Resource Management
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
- Verify receipt and proper storage of construction materials.
- Prevent wastage and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Maintain records of material consumption and inventory.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination
- Supervise contractor performance and ensure adherence to work schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Verify contractor work completion for billing purposes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, attendance, work logs, and project documentation.
- Report project status, delays, risks, and resource requirements to management.
- Ensure proper documentation of site instructions, inspections, and approvals.
Cost Control
- Monitor project expenses and minimize unnecessary costs.
- Ensure work is executed within the approved project budget.
- Assist management in cost estimation and project planning.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
- Conduct regular meetings to review project progress.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or textile project execution.
- Experience in managing large project sites will be preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
