About the Role
We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals.
This is a hands-on sales role where you'll generate new business, visit client sites, prepare quotations, and manage the complete sales cycle. If you're driven by targets, enjoy interacting with customers, and take pride in delivering a great buying experience, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoSales & Client Acquisition
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls and prospecting activities.
- Follow up consistently until the sale is closed.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Client Meetings & Site Visits
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, landscape consultants, and commercial clients.
- Visit project sites when required.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations.
- Represent Palasa professionally during customer meetings.
Sales Operations
- Update leads and opportunities in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Follow up on quotations and pending payments.
- Coordinate with Operations and Production to ensure timely deliveries.
- Share daily progress during the 11:00 AM Sales Team Huddle.
Market Development
- Build relationships with architects, builders, developers, and commercial projects.
- Research new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
A Typical Day
- Meet clients and visit project sites.
- Connect with architects and interior designers.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on warm leads.
- Make cold calls to generate new business.
- Update the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Attend the daily Sales Team Huddle.
- Close deals and build long-term client relationships.

- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Retail Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related customer-facing sales role.
