Job Description:
We are looking for a Safety & Compliance Executive with 1.5+ years of experience in the US freight brokerage/logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring carrier compliance, maintaining safety records, verifying documentation, and supporting day-to-day compliance operations in accordance with FMCSA and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and onboard carriers as per company compliance standards.
- Review and maintain insurance, authority, W-9, and other carrier documents.
- Monitor FMCSA safety ratings, CSA scores, and carrier eligibility.
- Ensure compliance with customer and company safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
- Coordinate with carriers, and brokerage team to resolve compliance issues.
- Stay updated on US transportation regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience in Safety & Compliance for a US freight brokerage/logistics company.
- Good knowledge of FMCSA regulations, carrier onboarding, and compliance processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and compliance platforms.
- Willing to work night shifts (US hours) from the Mohali office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
