About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Consultant Cardiologist to join our multispecialty clinic. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive cardiac care, diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases, and collaborate with other specialists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, evaluate, and treat patients with cardiovascular diseases.
Perform comprehensive cardiac assessments, including patient history and physical examinations.
Interpret ECG, 2D Echocardiography, TMT (Stress Test), Holter Monitoring, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM), and other cardiac investigations.
Manage conditions such as hypertension, ischemic heart disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, and dyslipidemia.
Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications.
Counsel patients on preventive cardiology, diet, exercise, smoking cessation, and lifestyle modifications.
Refer patients for interventional or surgical procedures when indicated and coordinate care with cardiac surgeons and other specialists.
Collaborate with physicians across specialties, including Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Neurology, and Emergency Medicine.
Maintain accurate medical records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Participate in clinical quality initiatives, patient education programs, and continuous medical education activities.
Provide teleconsultation services when required.
Qualifications
MBBS from a recognized institution.
MD/DNB in General Medicine.
DM/DNB in Cardiology from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the appropriate State Medical Council or the .
Minimum 1–3 years of experience after DM/DNB is preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
