The Opportunity:
We are soon opening a brand-new Stock hub in Kannur. We are looking for a highly driven Sales Officer with an entrepreneurial mindset to initially lead our sales operations in North Kerala.
The Growth Path:
This is not just a standard sales job. Once you prove your ability to generate revenue and manage the market, you will be promoted to Hub In-Charge, taking full operational and business control of the new Kannur Hub. We want someone who treats this territory like their own business.
What You Will Do:
Phase 1: As a Sales Executive (First 3'6 or 9 Months):
Business Development:
Actively identify, negotiate, and close deals with furniture manufacturers, interior designers (OEMs), and local dealers across Kannur & Kasaragod.
And Maintain current sales through proper follow up
Account Recovery:
Build strategies to reactivate dormant accounts and create local promotional schemes to drive volume.
Credit Control:
Work directly with the Sales Manager to track credit collections and ensure timely payments.
Phase 2: As Hub In-Charge (Based on Performance):
Hub Operations:
Logistics & Inventory:
Manage local stock coordination, ensure smooth same-day deliveries, and maintain optimal inventory levels for the region.
Team Leadership:
Eventually build and manage a localized delivery and support team.
Who We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of field sales experience. (Experience in the furniture, hardware, plywood, or interior materials industry is a massive advantage).
Local Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Kannur, Kasaragod markets with existing relationships with dealers and OEMs.
Skills:
Strong negotiation skills, field-sales stamina, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Language:
Fluent in Malayalam; basic English/Hindi is a plus.
Mobility:
Must have a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler.

SALARY : 20000 - 40000
