In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to identify and address quality issues
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Analyze and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
- Must have proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar technologies is essential.
- Familiarity with Finacle core banking systems is a significant advantage.
- Experience with Unix or Linux operating systems is beneficial.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 12 Years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
- Proficient in software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and identify root causes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team of quality assurance engineers
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
