Job Responsibilities
- Operate and assist customers with wellness therapy equipment according to company protocols.
- Conduct therapy sessions while ensuring customer comfort and safety.
- Explain therapy procedures, benefits, and usage guidelines to customers.
- Set up, clean, and maintain therapy equipment before and after each session.
- Monitor customers during therapy sessions and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of customer sessions and daily activities.
- Ensure the therapy area is clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Eligibility
- Diploma, ITI, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, physiotherapy, spa, beauty, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of handling electrical or wellness equipment is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
