brand. Our Umbergaon facility (Unit II) runs modern tube-making operations — melting, casting, extrusion, pilgering,
drawing, annealing, finning and finishing — serving HVAC, medical gas pipeline, plumbing and industrial applications.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
About the Role
You will plan and schedule production so the right tube is made in the right quantity at the right time — balancing
orders, capacity, material and tooling. You'll turn the order book into workable shop-floor schedules, track progress,
chase material and manage priorities, largely on Dynamics 365 Business Central. It's a central-nervous-system role:
you sit between Sales, Production, Stores and Dispatch, and your planning quality directly affects on-time delivery
and machine utilisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production plans and schedules from the order book, capacity and material availability.
- Release and track production orders in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Monitor schedule adherence, WIP, order status and shortages; expedite where needed.
- Run material requirement planning — coordinate with Stores and Purchase for timely material.
- Balance machine loading and capacity across lines; flag bottlenecks and over/under-loads.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Stores, Dispatch and Quality on priorities and delivery dates.
- Track and report on-time delivery (OTD), plan-vs-actual and pending orders.
- Maintain BOMs, routings and planning master data accuracy in Business Central.
- Prepare planning MIS and reports for management review.
- Support capacity, load and what-if analysis for new orders and expansion.

Educational Qualification
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
3–4 years in production planning / PPC / scheduling in a manufacturing environment.

Requirement level: Working knowledge — Mandatory
Hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central for production orders, BOMs, routings and material planning is required.
Candidates with equivalent ERP planning-module experience who can adopt BC will be considered; BC exposure
preferred.
