This internship offers practical exposure to the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring the right talent to supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Role Overview
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment activities, employee documentation, HR operations, and coordination across departments.
This internship is designed for individuals who want to build a career in Human Resources by gaining hands-on experience with real hiring requirements, HR processes, and employee management.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview feedback and candidate communication.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, assessments, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Support document verification and employee file management.
- Update HR trackers, attendance records, and employee master data.
- Coordinate asset allocation and collection.
- Assist in exit formalities and documentation.
- Support preparation of HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee communications.
HR Administration
- Ensure employee documents are properly organized and updated.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Support day-to-day administrative HR activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Update daily recruitment reports.
- Maintain hiring dashboards and HR trackers.
- Prepare interview schedules and recruitment status reports.
- Generate recruitment MIS reports as required.

- Candidates who are currently pursuing their degree or awaiting final results are not eligible for this role.
