ROLE TASK SHEET
Position: Production & Service Executive
Preferred: ITI in Electrical & Electronics
2-3 years of experience in lighting industry
1. Product Manufacturing & Assembly
- Make new product samples and prototypes until the final approved sample is ready.
- Make product changes or improvements as instructed by the client or management.
- Coordinate with Design and R & D and visit vendors locations when required to discuss product specifications, materials, and technical requirements.
- Assemble lighting products by following the given drawings, work instructions and quality standards.
- Carry out wiring, PCB mounting, driver connections, electrical work, finishing, and other production activities as required.
- Highlight quality issues or quality related negligence.
- Test finished products to ensure they are working properly before packing.
- Support logo engraving, packaging, and shifting finished products to the storage area.
2. Installation & Site Execution
- Attend Meetings and discussions with Production supervisor & design to learn assembly.
- Neatly and safely assemble the product at site.
- Install lighting products at customer sites with proper fitting, alignment, and finishing.
- Check that the installed products are working correctly before leaving the site.
- Submit Site photographs + Customer acknowledgements + Installation completion reports.
3. Service & Complaint Handling
- Attend customer service calls assigned.
- Find the cause of product problems and carry out repairs, replacements, or adjustments as required, within the service timelines of the company.
- Complete all service reports + photographs, and customer sign-off documents after each service visit.
- Update quality and production teams on reason behind the fault or failure.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved technical issue to management.
- During out-of-warranty service visits, promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and explore nearby facilities for potential customers requiring lighting maintenance services.
4. Machine & Tool Handling (others)
- Operate workshop tools & machines safely and correctly, using proper safety gears.
- Use tools and equipment carefully and keep them clean after use.
- Check and maintain tools & machines to keep them in good working condition, Time to Time.
- Report any machine breakdown or tool damage immediately in writing to ADMIN.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
