*Roles & Responsibilities*
*Production & Plant Operations*
* Lead end-to-end manufacturing and assembly operations for Electric 2-Wheelers and 3-Wheelers.
* Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production and dispatch targets are achieved.
* Manage assembly lines, including powertrain integration, chassis assembly, battery pack installation, and final vehicle testing (including dyno testing).
* Develop and implement Production Planning & Control (PPC) strategies to optimize plant capacity and production efficiency.
* Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
*Quality Assurance & Compliance*
* Ensure all vehicles comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements, including AIS-156 and CMVR.
* Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity and reduce defects.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
*Supply Chain & Inventory Management*
* Coordinate with Procurement, Vendor Management, and Stores to maintain uninterrupted availability of production materials.
* Manage inventory levels for critical EV components such as Hub Motors, Mid-drive Motors, BMS, MCU, and Wiring Harnesses.
* Ensure accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) management and handle Engineering Change Notices (ECN/ECR).
*Team Leadership & Safety*
* Lead, mentor, and develop production engineers, supervisors, technicians, and shop-floor personnel.
* Foster a high-performance and safety-driven work culture.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety practices for high-voltage electrical systems and lithium-ion battery handling.
* Ensure compliance with all workplace safety and environmental standards.
*Required Skills*
* Strong knowledge of EV manufacturing processes for 2-Wheelers and 3-Wheelers.
* Hands-on experience in chassis fabrication, BIW, welding, painting, and vehicle assembly.
* Experience in battery pack assembly, BMS, controller flashing, electrical diagnostics, and End-of-Line (EOL) testing.
* Expertise in Production Planning & Control (PPC), capacity planning, and shop-floor operations.
* Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management.
* Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
* Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present production MIS and operational reports to senior management.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment with a hands-on approach.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
