About the Role
Yazmy is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager / Working Partner to lead our retail operations. We are seeking candidates with strong sales, customer service, and operational skills who are passionate about retail and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
* Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
* Oversee product display and visual merchandising.
* Manage inventory and stock levels.
* Supervise and motivate store staff.
* Handle billing, cash management, and store reporting.
* Support digital promotions and customer engagement activities.
* Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in retail store management or sales.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
* Strong product presentation and merchandising skills.
* Excellent communication and customer engagement.
* Leadership and team management abilities.
* Sales and operations management experience.
* Basic computer and POS billing knowledge.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
* 1–5 years of experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle stores is preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication and leadership skills may also apply.
