We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – USA/ CANADA Staffing to manage day-to-day recruitment activities, lead a team of recruiters, manage clients, and drive recruitment delivery with quick turn-around times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve business targets.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle RPO and Direct staffing requirements with quick turnaround time.
- Manage client relationships and understand their staffing requirements.
- Ensure quick TAT on new requirements and timely submission of qualified candidates.
- Manage Bench Sales activities and consultant marketing.
- Handle individual contribution (IC) responsibilities along with team management.
- Track team performance, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, recruiters, and internal teams.
- Ensure recruiters follow proper staffing processes and delivery standards.
- Understand common USA/ Canada tax terms, Immigration, Work authorizations and hire types.
- Monitor daily operations, productivity, and recruitment metrics.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support business growth through strong client relationships and delivery.
Required Skills:
- Min 9 years of strong experience in IT Staffing and Recruitment.
- Experience in Team Management and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of End-to-End Recruitment, RPO, and Bench Sales.
- Thorough understanding of USA/ Canada Tax Terms, Work Types and Immigration.
- Strong Client Management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick TAT requirements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to contribute individually while effectively managing the team.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
