Job duties:
ABOTTS Consulting Inc., (a US based California Corporation) is looking for a persistent, responsible and experienced Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our successful organization. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized and detail-oriented, self-starter, with experience in executive administration, human resources and operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: HUMAN RESOURCE Functions - to include, but not limited to: personnel files, I-9 forms, medical forms, report folders, payroll, insurance policies, insurance forms and claims, corporate documents, corporate and payroll taxes, new employee orientation and new hire forms, maintains employee handbook, standards procedure, and other administrative documentation in an organized and up-to-date manner, etc. Maintains employee work/vacation schedules to ensure staffing needs are met in accordance with company policy and guidelines, new employee orientation. Reconcile company property for separated employees. Ensure the company is compliant with all legal requirements, city, county, state and federal regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to those of DOL, OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Administration). GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE Functions - Prepare reports, documents and spreadsheets as needed or directed. Coordinates and oversees completion of special projects as needed. Respond to general communication and correspondence for the company. Handle and protect confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Attend training as necessary to stay up-to-date on the latest practices and codes. PREFERRED SKILLS: Proficient in Ceipal WorkForce and Ceipal ATS, ADP Run Payroll, and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Proficient in US HR and Compliances. ( from Onboarding- Offer Letter, I9, W4 and state forms, Timesheet collection, Payroll, along with Benefits) Proficient in ADP Run Payroll and Tax withholding ( as per the state
Required qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in US Human Resources handling end-to-end in the HR Space. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources / 5 years of experience in the US HR field. Strong proficiency in ADP HR
