Title: Modern History, Political Science and Model United Nations Trainer

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging sessions covering MUN procedures, parliamentary rules, diplomacy, public speaking, debate, negotiation, and international relations.
- Guide students through country research, position papers, opening speeches, moderated/unmoderated caucuses, resolutions, and conference strategy.
- Strengthen students’ critical thinking, articulation, confidence, negotiation, diplomacy, teamwork, and persuasive communication abilities.
- Organise mock MUN conferences, debates, committee simulations, and role-play activities to provide students with hands-on experience.
- Provide constructive feedback, assess student participation and performance, and mentor students to improve their overall MUN preparedness and effectiveness.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field are eligible to apply.
- Prior experience as a Model UN delegate, Executive Board member, Chairperson, or MUN trainer is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or facilitating students will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong public speaking, debating, and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of international relations, geopolitics, diplomacy, current affairs, and MUN procedures and protocols.
- Strong research, critical thinking, negotiation, leadership, diplomacy, and classroom management skills.
Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
