Ananta Ananda Trust is seeking a passionate and dedicated Classical Music Trainer to conduct music classes in partner schools across Mumbai. The trainer will inspire students through Indian classical music while fostering creativity, confidence, discipline, and cultural appreciation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct engaging Carnatic or Hindustani Classical Music classes for school students.
* Teach vocal techniques, rhythm, melody, and basic music theory.
* Follow the organization’s curriculum and lesson plans.
* Prepare students for school events, annual functions, and cultural performances.
* Maintain attendance and submit session reports.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Coordinate with school authorities and the project team.
* Participate in trainer orientations and review meetings.
Eligibility:
* Formal training or certification in Carnatic or Hindustani Classical Music.
* Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
* Good communication and classroom management skills.
* Passion for teaching children.
* Willingness to travel to schools across Mumbai.
