Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale Amazon advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon PPC, keyword optimization, and campaign analytics, with a strong focus on driving sales growth and maximizing advertising ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Advertising Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, bids, and keyword strategies.
- Improve campaign efficiency while achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Manage campaign structures for product launches and seasonal promotions.
Keyword Research & Listing Optimization
- Conduct in-depth keyword research using Amazon tools and third-party platforms.
- Analyze search term reports and implement keyword optimization strategies.
- Identify and add negative keywords to improve campaign performance.
- Support listing optimization for better organic rankings and conversions.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key metrics: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve advertising effectiveness.
Marketplace Growth & Strategy
- Track competitor advertising activities and marketplace trends.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to improve product listings and ad creatives.
- Support inventory planning by aligning advertising strategies with stock availability.
- Identify growth opportunities to increase visibility, sales, and market share.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
- Experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2C eCommerce brands.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar marketplace tools.
- Understanding of marketplace operations and inventory planning.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
