Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Legal Executive with 5–6 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Builder industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal matters related to contractor agreements, high-value debt recovery, arbitration proceedings, MSME disputes, litigation, and legal compliance.
The candidate should possess strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to independently manage multiple legal matters while coordinating with internal teams, external advocates, and government authorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management
· Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various legal agreements, including:
o Contractor Agreements
o Vendor Agreements
o Service Agreements
o Consultancy Agreements
o Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
o Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
o Project-related contracts and commercial agreements
Debt Recovery Management
· Handle high-value debt recovery matters and formulate legal recovery strategies.
· Issue legal notices and manage recovery proceedings.
· Coordinate with external advocates and recovery agencies.
· Track outstanding recoveries and minimize financial exposure.
Arbitration Management
· Independently manage arbitration proceedings from initiation to closure.
· Coordinate with advocates, arbitrators, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
· Prepare case briefs, evidence, legal submissions, and supporting documents.
· Monitor timelines and ensure procedural compliance.
MSME Cases
· Handle MSME-related claims, disputes, and recovery matters.
· Coordinate and represent the organization before MSME Facilitation Councils.
· Prepare legal responses, supporting documentation, and settlement strategies.
Real Estate Legal Matters
· Provide legal support for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
· Review project-related legal documents, approvals, and statutory compliances.
· Support land acquisition, construction, development, and project execution activities.
· Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with projects.
Litigation & Compliance
· Coordinate with external legal counsels for ongoing litigation matters.
· Attend court hearings, meetings, and legal proceedings whenever required.
· Maintain litigation trackers and monitor case progress.
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Documentation & Legal Records
· Maintain legal databases, agreements, and case records.
· Prepare legal reports, summaries, and management updates.
· Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper record management of all legal documentation.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
· Enrollment with the Bar Council will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
· 5–6 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Builder industry.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
