Key Responsibilities
Robotic Operations & Field Execution:
- Operate and monitor multi-axis robotic systems for concrete 3D printing applications
- Execute print jobs as per project requirements, including setup, calibration, and shutdown procedures
- Perform tool, TCP, and work object calibration to ensure accuracy in robotic operations
- Monitor print quality, layer consistency, and process parameters during execution
- Handle on-site adjustments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
- Perform routine maintenance, basic servicing, and preventive checks on robotic systems
- Ensure proper handling of materials (e.g., concrete mixes) in coordination with site teams
Performance & Coordination:
- Monitor system performance and suggest optimization strategies
- Maintain logs, reports, and daily operation records for robotic activities
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams across locations
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards at project sites
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Proficiency in robotics systems and process automation technologies
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of robot programming (e.g., ABB RAPID, KUKA KRL or similar platforms)
- Understanding of robot kinematics, coordinate systems, and motion types
- Experience or exposure to software development for robotics and automation (Python or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting robotic systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and site-based environment
- Basic understanding of additive manufacturing and concrete 3D printing is an added advantage
- Must be willing to travel and relocate across sites

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
