Role: Maths Curriculum Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Maths Curriculum Specialist to enhance the learning experience across our demo and paid sessions. This role is focused on optimizing curriculum delivery, improving student engagement and learning outcomes, strengthening practice materials, and leveraging AI-driven insights to create world-class learning experiences for students across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Review demo and paid session performance data to identify opportunities for improving engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.
- Audit and enhance session flows, worksheets, quizzes, assignments, and practice materials to ensure conceptual accuracy and age-appropriate learning.
- Research international Maths curricula including Common Core (US), UK National Curriculum, Australian Curriculum, Cambridge, IB, and other global standards.
- Analyze parent feedback and market insights to recommend curriculum improvements that align with learner expectations.
- Utilize AI tools for curriculum research, content review, question generation, and learning gap analysis while maintaining high academic quality standards.
- Collaborate with Teacher Training, Quality, Product, and Business teams to implement and document scalable curriculum improvements and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in Maths curriculum design, academic content development, teacher training, or learning experience design, preferably in K-12 or EdTech.
- Strong subject matter expertise across Grades 1–10, especially upper primary and middle school Mathematics.
- Experience working with international school boards such as Common Core, UK National Curriculum, Australian Curriculum, Cambridge, or IB.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, content generation, or academic productivity.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and process improvement skills.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a background in Education or Mathematics is preferred. B.Ed, M.Ed, or curriculum certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹461,893.76 - ₹1,265,863.15 per year
