We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the development of a prestigious 5-Star Wellness Resort in Wayanad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury hospitality, resort, or large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the resort development project.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and statutory regulations.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely procurement and efficient resource allocation.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and ensure smooth communication among all project teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10–15+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, project planning, contracts, budgeting, and quality management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
